Refund policy

At Livia Diamonds we stand by our quality rings and want you to be satisfied with your Ice Moissanite ring. That said, we have a 60-day return or exchange policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase to make the return.

To request a return, please contact us at leda@liviadiamonds.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without going through the return process outlined will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
